1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or during weekends are processed the next business day.

  • High-volume periods (e.g., holidays, promotions) may extend processing times.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships.


2. Shipping Options & Rates

Domestic (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Free on orders over $50; $5.99 flat fee for smaller orders

    • Delivery time: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping:

    • $9.99

    • Delivery time: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping:

    • $19.99

    • Delivery time: 1–2 business days (next-day delivery available in select areas)

International

  • Available to select countries (displayed at checkout)

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on location and service level:

    • Standard: 7–21 business days

    • Expedited: 5–10 business days (where applicable)

  • Recipients are responsible for any applicable customs, VAT, or import fees.

  • We are not responsible for customs delays or withheld packages.


3. Tracking Your Order

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

  • Expedited shipping is not available for international orders

  • Shipping availability varies by country and will be shown during checkout


5. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our carriers to investigate. If confirmed, we may issue a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.


6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Errors in address input may result in delays or returned shipments.

  • We’ll make best efforts to accommodate the change before the package ships


7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement.

  • After this window, orders may have already entered the fulfillment process.


8. Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During peak shopping periods, carrier delays may occur. We encourage early ordering during these periods to avoid late arrivals. Lulu Beauty cannot guarantee delivery dates during these periods.


9. Returns & Exchanges

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
