Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

Please note that processing times may be delayed during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., holidays, weather conditions).

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information once your package has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

    • Cost: Free on orders over $50, otherwise a flat rate of $5.99

    • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days (depending on location)

  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Cost: $9.99

    • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days

  • Express Shipping:

    • Cost: $19.99

    • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days (Next-day delivery is available for select locations)

International Shipping

We are excited to offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

  • Standard International Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 7-21 business days (depending on country)

  • Expedited International Shipping:

    • Cost: Varies by location

    • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days (depending on country)

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply based on the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Lulu Beauty is not responsible for any customs-related delays or fees.


Order Tracking

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Due to international shipping regulations, we may not be able to ship to all countries. Please check the list of available countries during checkout.

  • We do not offer expedited shipping for international orders at this time.


Missing or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If your order was lost or damaged during delivery, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all address details (including apartment numbers, street addresses, zip codes, etc.) are entered accurately at checkout. Lulu Beauty is not responsible for delayed shipments or returned packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If an address change is required after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate address changes before the order is shipped.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at help@lulu-beauty-co.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.


Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events), please allow extra time for shipping. Although we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, shipping carriers may experience delays during busy periods.

We encourage you to place your orders early to ensure timely delivery, especially during the holiday season.
