ORDERS & SHIPPING
1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard U.S. shipping takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
2. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned for international shipping updates!
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
4. What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. We recommend contacting USPS or UPS directly. For added protection, we suggest selecting Route Shipping Protection at checkout.

5. Are your press-on nails reusable?
Yes! Our luxury acrylic press-on nails are designed for multiple wears with proper care. We recommend using nail tabs or applying our nail glue sparingly for easier removal and reapplication.
6. How long do the press-on nails last?
With proper application, our nails can last anywhere from 5–14 days. Longevity depends on the adhesive used and your daily activities.
7. What are your press-on nails made of?
Our nails are crafted from high-quality, salon-grade ABS acrylic for a durable, flexible, and ultra-glam look.
8. What material are your lashes made from?
We use 100% cruelty-free 3D mink for our lashes, offering a soft, fluffy, and natural look that’s lightweight and reusable.
9. How many times can I wear your mink lashes?
With gentle care, our 3D mink lashes can be reused up to 25 times. Always remove glue after each use and store them in the original case.
APPLICATION & CARE
10. How do I apply press-on nails?
Clean your natural nails, push back cuticles, and lightly buff the surface. Apply the included nail glue or adhesive tabs and press the nails firmly for 10–20 seconds. Detailed instructions are included with every order.
11. How do I remove press-on nails without damage?
Soak your nails in warm, soapy water or acetone to loosen the glue. Gently lift the nails from the sides—do not force them off.
12. What’s the best way to apply mink lashes?
Trim the lash band to fit your eye, apply a thin layer of lash glue to the band, wait 30 seconds, then apply the lash along your lash line using tweezers or an applicator.
13. Can I wear lashes with contact lenses or glasses?
Yes, our lashes are lightweight and designed for comfort. Just make sure to choose styles that complement your eye shape and personal preference.
CUSTOMIZATION & SIZING
14. Do you offer custom nail sizes or sets?
Yes! We offer sizing kits and custom sets. You can also leave your measurements in the order notes for a tailored fit.
15. How do I find my nail size?
Use our nail sizing kit or measure the width of your natural nails in millimeters. A detailed sizing guide is available on our product pages.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
16. What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on press-on nails or eyelashes. Please review product details and sizing before purchasing.
17. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and order number, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
